A 7-DAY JOURNEY BACK TO YOURSELF
Introducing the Perle Rebirth 7-Day Challenge
Just 30 minutes or less each day. Move through it on your own time.
You’ve spent years showing up for everyone and everything around you.
This guided experience gives you the space to pause, look honestly at where you are, and reconnect with the woman beneath the roles, expectations, and experiences that have shaped you.
INSIDE THE 7-DAY EXPERIENCE
Each day builds on the last, guiding you through reflection, discovery, and the deeper work of making peace with what’s behind you so you can step into what’s next.
The roles you’ve played, the choices you’ve made, and the seasons you’ve survived are part of your story.
But what has shaped your story so far doesn’t get to decide what comes next.
DESIGNED TO FIT
INTO YOUR LIFE
-
Each day begins with a focused audio lesson that guides you through the day’s theme, helping you understand what you’re experiencing and see it from a new perspective.
-
Guided journaling and visualization prompts give you space to slow down, make the lesson personal, and uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface.
-
Put what you’re discovering into practice with a guided exercise designed to help you process what came up and carry that insight into your life.
You don't need to clear your calendar or disappear for a weekend to begin this work.
Set aside 30 minutes or less each day to listen, reflect, and complete a guided exercise designed to help you put what you're discovering into practice.
YOUR CHALLENGE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

A guided exercise with every lesson
Journaling prompts and visualization exercises
Full transcripts for every lesson

Meet Madame Perle
I know what it feels like to start over.
Immigrant. Veteran. Nurse. Professor.
Mother of 2. Divorcee. Woman of faith.
Brain surgery survivor. Bodybuilder. Not done yet.
The challenges of my life didn’t break me. It refined me.
Now I work with women who have been tested by life and refuse to let it define them. Women whose faith has carried them through the fire. Women who know they are capable of more, even when fear whispers otherwise.
I believe pressure is not punishment: it is preparation.
That God wastes nothing.
That discipline builds confidence.
That community strengthens courage.
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are being refined. And you are worthy of rising: radiant, rooted, and unshakable.
You don't have to have your next chapter figured out before you begin.
You only need to be willing to pause long enough to hear yourself again.
